The University of California Berkeley Center for Health Technology (BCHT) contains both research and educational components.

The Center conducts research into existing and improved criteria for coverage, consumer cost-sharing, and other dimensions of management for biomedical innovations. The Center's educational component provides academic programs for UC Berkeley graduate students and professional development for health care organizations whose senior staff would benefit from deeper understanding of the innovation, coverage, and reimbursement environment.
