Francis Megerlin, Senior Fellow
Francis Megerlin, PhD (International and comparative Law) is MCU at the University of Paris-Descartes, ESSEC and the Sorbonne. His teaching covers many topics, including health law, policy, and economics. He focuses on the biotechnology, drug, medical device, insurance, payment methods, ambulatory care management and hospital sectors.
Dr. Megerlin has published over 40 papers in French-speaking scientific and policy journals. His professional activities include his roles as keynote speaker for conferences, policy roundtables, national reforms, and board meetings in France and in the European Union.
